“Oggi i docenti polacchi hanno visitato le nostre classi di scuola primaria. Sono venuti con l’intento di osservare in che modo prepariamo lezioni inclusive al fine di lavorare con tutto il gruppo classe, adattando attività e metodologie. In Polonia esistono ancora le scuole speciali e, per questa ragione, hanno voluto osservare il lavoro nelle classi con all’interno bambini con disabilità. Sono stati condotti in 4 classi di scuola primaria per osservare le lezioni “Pinocchio in musica”, “I giorni della settimana”, “Italiano in CAA” e “L’orto didattico”. Sono rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da come si riesca a far coesistere realtà nella loro nazione completamente separate, rendendo questa modalità una risorsa e una ricchezza per tutti i bambini del nostro Istituto.”

“Today Polish teachers visited our elementary school classrooms. They came with the intent to observe how we prepare inclusive lessons to work with the whole class group, adapting activities and methodologies to the needs of the group and the individual. Special schools still exist in Poland, and for this reason, our colleagues wanted to observe work in classrooms where there were children with disabilities. They were taken to 4 elementary school classrooms to observe the lessons “Pinocchio in Music,” “Days of the Week,” “Italian in CAA,” (Augumentative and Alternative Communication) and “The Learning Garden.” They were pleasantly surprised by how we are able to coexist with realities that in their nation are completely separate and how this modality turns out to be a resource for all the children of our Institute.”

Dopo una mattinata trascorsa come VIP – tra le lodi dei bambini che si fanno persino autografare braccia e mani – e un pranzo succulento, concludiamo con una bella passeggiata al mare presso il castello di Santa Severa trattenendo la luce delle preziose riflessioni condivise durante la giornata.

After a morning spent as VIPs among the praise of the children who even get their arms and hands autographed and a succulent lunch, we conclude with a nice walk by the sea at the Santa Severa castle holding the light of the valuable reflections shared during the day.
